When an NFL player is compelled to justify himself after dating Taylor Swift, Patrick Mahomes sends a message to Travis Kelce
This month, Mahomes and Kelce displayed their baseball love. Travis Kelce, who has had enough of the backlash following his most recent date with Taylor Swift, posted a lengthy message on social media, to which Patrick Mahomes responded briefly.
The 35-year-old tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs went to Yankee Stadium this week to see Game 1 of the ALCS between the Cleveland Guardians and New York Yankees with his legendary girlfriend Swift.

Cleveland native Kelce was reprimanded by supporters for failing to wear any Guardians gear on Monday night.
The MLB club lost Game 2 and that day, but Game 3 of the series was played in Cleveland on Thursday.
David Fry’s game-winning two-run home run gave the Guardians the victory in ten innings.
Following the game, Kelce talked about his team fandom and criticized those who criticized him for attending Game 1 without wearing team gear.
The nine-time Pro Bowl tight end said on X, “I’ve been a Cleveland sports fan my entire life…”
“Return to innumerable Guards and Cavaliers games throughout the years to savor these moments with my loved ones, win or lose!… and after not wearing Cleveland stuff once, I suddenly stop being a true fan?
“Ask anybody that was in or around that suite on game 1 who I was cheering for, they’ll let you know I was there for the @CleGuardians.”
Mahomes sent his teammate a brief two-word message in response.
“Go Royals,” was his response.
The two-time NFL MVP Mahomes was present at the Kansas City Royals vs. Yankees ALDS Game 3.
Just before the Kansas City Royals lose, Patrick Mahomes shouts in his face and runs toward a Yankees rival supporter.
He also saw his beloved team lose to the Yankees, much like Kelce did.
The Yankees defeated the Royals in four games.
The series resumes on Friday with the Yankees leading 2-1.
During the MLB postseason game, Kelce and Swift were repeatedly shown on the TBS cameras.

The Yankees suite was where the two were sitting.
They made their appearance after being spotted in New York with a group of pals, including Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, at the U.S. Open men’s singles final.
Swift then went to see Kelce’s Chiefs defeat the New Orleans Saints on Monday night in Week 5.
Then, in Week 6, Kansas City relished the bye week.
On Sunday, the Chiefs, the reigning Super Bowl champions, will travel to play the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of the most recent major event.
This season, the 5-0 Chiefs have not lost a single game.
