A five-bedroom Georgian colonial-style house that had belonged to Taylor Swift’s family was put under contract on April 8. This home, which sold for over $1 million USD, is in a quiet neighborhood and has all the luxuries.

 

 

Located on a 3,035 square meter site, this 331 square meter house was constructed in 1929. It has a swimming pool in the backyard and a two-car garage. The house features a huge kitchen that opens to a breakfast area with double doors leading to the backyard, a spacious entryway, an elegant dining room, and fireplaces in the living room and kitchen.

Many of the windows in the living area overlook the yard.

 

 

 

 

 

The property is distinctive because it blends contemporary amenities with vintage charm. The Georgian colonial style is also evident in the magnificent architecture at the rear of the property.

Among her possessions are a $17.75 million historic mansion in Rhode Island, $47.7 million in apartments in Tribeca, and a $2.5 million Nashville estate.
