According to USA Today , Beyoncé attended Kamala Harris’s abortion rights rally in Houston on October 25 (local time). The artist appeared on stage with Kelly Rowland – former member of Destiny Child.
At the end of Rowland’s speech, Beyoncé called on voters to vote for Harris. She said: “I’m not here as a celebrity or a politician. I’m here as a mother who cares about the world our children live in – where we have the freedom to control our bodies, not divided by the past, present or future.”
Before concluding, she called Kamala Harris “the next president of the United States” as she introduced her appearance.
