Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Show United Front, Holding Hands in NYC Amid ‘It Ends With Us’ Controversy
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds put on a loved-up display as they strolled through New York City on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old screen siren and 47-year-old Hollywood hunk — who married in 2012 and were spotted out on Monday — held hands during the Big Apple outing.
They were stylishly coordinated as Lively tucked a black T-shirt into charcoal-toned jeans and Reynolds paired a dark gray work shirt with forest green trousers.
The mother-of-four, who paid homage to Britney Spears in August, rounded out her look with black platform footwear.
It comes after reports that Reynolds wants to save Lively’s career amid the fallout from her It Ends With Us drama.

During their walk on Tuesday, Blake let her signature long, blond hair fall over one side of her chest.
She carried a houndstooth print Chanel purse over her torso, crossbody-style.
And the fashionista accessorized with one of the season’s latest trends — a chunky charm necklace.
Ryan wore a pair of brown sunglasses, which complemented his brown shoes.
Blake has been facing backlash in recent weeks due to her new film It Ends With Us, despite it doing well at the box office.
The actress has been hit by claims that she insensitively promoted the film, which deals with domestic violence, as she steered away from discussing the subject on social media and throughout the press tour.
She has also been in a rumored feud with the film’s director and her co-star, Justin Baldoni.
Filming of the book’s sequel, It Starts With Us, is imminent but a recent report claims Reynolds is willing to buy out Baldoni’s stake in the franchise to ensure his wife doesn’t have to work with the actor again.

Ryan accompanied Blake to the NYC It Ends With Us premiere on August 6
Lively was said to be ‘pretty surprised at the backlash and drama’ and the situation reportedly ‘felt out of control to her’
An insider has told Life & Style that Reynolds is prepared to offer the star ‘millions.’
‘This is the biggest film Blake has ever made. Ryan wants to make sure she isn’t replaced in the sequel,’ the insider said.
Justin’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, is believed to hold the rights to the sequel after they optioned it in 2019.
It Starts With Us picks up after the end of the first novel and focuses on the relationship between Lily Bloom (Blake) and Atlas Corrigan (Brandon Sklenar), though Justin’s character Ryle Kincaid is still present.
