However, on Monday Night Football, 40-year-old Aaron Rodgers brought together the greatest quarterback in football history and the greatest scorer in basketball history.

Mahomes tweeted, “Why is Aaron so good at that?” and included three laughing emojis.

“All right! It’s absurd!” James answered.

Two of the top sports players in the world came together in their tweets, which were made at 9:43 p.m. ET.

The reunion of Mahomes and James on social media was adored by fans.

One of the fans wrote, “GOAT on GOAT convo,”

“Legoat and Magoat,” wrote another devotee.

“I know, right guys?” “A third fan said.” “Let’s get together sometime. Two thousand and us three.”

“BOTH MY GOATS TALKING TO EACH OTHER I LOVE YOU,” a fourth fan replied on Twitter.

Time of Show As the first half came to a close, Rodgers’ 52-yard Hail Mary touchdown pass to Allen Lazard left Mahomes and The King of the NBA speechless.

Rodgers’ touchdown pass, which instantly went viral on social media, brought New York within 20–17.

One fan said on Twitter, “He’s a legend at the jump ball Hail Mary.”

However, it wasn’t a miracle for the Jets on MNF, as they lost to the Buffalo Bills 23–20 at home.

For 294 yards, two touchdowns, and a 99 rating, Rodgers completed 23 of 35 throws.

However, he made an interception in the final seconds, and New York lost 2-4.

Following a defeat in London last week, the Jets demoted Nathaniel Hackett and fired head coach Robert Saleh.

The highlight of Monday’s game was Rodgers’ Hail Mary pass, but he ultimately felt short for the third consecutive week on what could have been a game-winning drive when Mike Williams slipped and let the Bills recover the ball.

However, he was obviously upset about the loss and might likely face a sanction from the NFL.

Rodgers remarked, “It seemed a little ridiculous,” “Some of (the penalties) seemed really bad.”

He even spoke up for the Bills, claiming that Buffalo didn’t need a flag.

“Including roughing the passer on me — that’s not roughing the passer,” Rodgers stated. “Might as well play Sarcastaball if we’re gonna call those things.”

“Imagine he gets fined for saying a penalty on him wasn’t a penalty,” a supporter wrote on Twitter.

“National Flag League,” wrote another admirer.

Josh Allen and the Bills ultimately went 4-2 to keep their lead in the AFC East.

Mahomes and James praised Rodgers’ Hail Mary, which took it back to his greatest days.

However, following yet another Jets loss, one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history was left sounding resentful.
