Travis Kelce Blushes on Podcast as he shares about the Sweet Kiss Taylor Swift gave him last night
Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce couldn’t hide his blushes during the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, co-hosted with his brother, Jason Kelce, as he recounted a romantic post-game moment shared with his girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift.
The pair embraced in a public display of affection (PDA) after the Chiefs’ commanding 23-6 win over the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football, marking their fifth consecutive victory this season.
In the episode, set to air tomorrow morning, Travis reflects on celebrating both his 35th birthday and the team’s victory with Taylor by his side.
After missing two of the Chiefs’ previous games, Swift made a glamorous return to Arrowhead Stadium, where she and Kelce enjoyed an emotional post-game reunion in his VIP suite. According to Kelce, the two hugged and kissed in front of friends and family, solidifying their relationship amid the Chiefs’ undefeated streak.
Kelce’s performance on the field included nine receptions for 70 yards, but it was the off-field moment that stole the show. New footage, which surfaced on social media, captured the Anti-Hero singer sharing a tender kiss and hug with Kelce in the luxury suite after the game. The pair were seen swaying back and forth, surrounded by their close friends and family, including Kelce’s father, Ed Kelsey, who sported his son’s jersey.
Another clip, posted on TikTok early Tuesday, showed Swift and Kelce chatting with Ed in the private room, highlighting their growing bond with each other’s families. Monday night’s game was Swift’s first Chiefs appearance in over two weeks after missing games against the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Chargers. Her absence had been noted, especially as she was also not present for Kelce’s 35th birthday celebration on Saturday.
Though she missed the milestone birthday, Swift made up for it with a dramatic return on Monday, bringing along her father, Scott Swift, to cheer on the Chiefs as they defeated Derek Carr and the Saints. The singer stunned in a $1,875 burgundy plaid corset and matching skirt by British designer Vivienne Westwood, completing her look with knee-high black boots.
Following the game, Swift was spotted in the company of other Chiefs WAGs (wives and girlfriends), including Shariah Gordon, girlfriend of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman. In an Instagram story posted by Gordon, Swift appeared to be in Kelce’s room, standing in front of a backdrop from her Eras tour. When asked about the team’s victory, Swift quipped, “I think we feel really good about this week. We’re 5-0.”
The Chiefs head into a bye week before returning to action against the San Francisco 49ers on October 20, a rematch of their thrilling Super Bowl victory in February. Meanwhile, Swift is preparing to resume her Eras tour in Miami next Friday. With Kelce’s schedule aligning with her Miami shows, there’s a possibility he could attend one of her performances during his time off.
Though it remains unclear when Swift will next make an appearance at a Chiefs game, her Monday night return left fans and media buzzing about the couple’s affectionate display and the ongoing romance between the NFL star and the Grammy-winning pop sensation.
