Skylar Grey Joins Eminem for Epic F1 Grand Prix Concert in Austin
It’s a star-studded matchup! The Week 5 battle between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Dallas Cowboys is on at Acrisure Stadium on October 6, 2024. This time, it’s not just the game grabbing attention – it’s also the celebrity crowd, who came up to support Pittsburgh in the Steel City.
And among these celebrities, one is the CEO of Tesla Motors, Elon Musk. As reported by sports writer, Dov Kleiman, “Musk is in attendance for the #Cowboys vs. #Steelers game,” and was seen “waving the terrible towel” with high energy from the VIP box. Musk, who is wearing a black outfit, is speculated to be supporting the Steelers in the game against Dallas. In the shared video by Kleiman, the businessman could be seen enjoying the “electric atmosphere” at the stadium.
However, he isn’t alone in supporting the Steelers this time! Elon Musk was also (separately) joined by a couple of more celebrities from the music industry. Among those famous figures are star rappers Snoop Dogg and GloRilla. In the viral video, Dogg, wearing a Steelers outfit and holding the team’s helmet, could be seen gracing the field and pumping up the audience by waving the terrible towel.
The video posted by the NFL’s official X account claimed that “Rain delay did not put a damper on Snoop Dogg,” as the music icon could be seen in full energy making the audience go crazy on October 6, 2024. In addition to these male celebrities, female star GloRilla, who was a Grammy nominee for Best Rap Performance, also joined the thrilling atmosphere on the gridiron. As per the shared video by the Steelers’ official X account, the hip-hop singer could also be seen donning the Steelers’ jersey, pairing it with a stylish black purse. Moreover, GloRilla also hit the spotlight by happily waving a color terrible towel, while greeting the spectators.
It was clear that the presence of these three stars – Elon Musk, Snoop Dogg, and GloRilla – made the Steelers vs Cowboys game a true celebrity-packed showdown. However, what is interesting here is Elon Musk’s presence. Now this is not only because he is attending Sunday’s game. It’s actually because he is attending the game after commenting on Taylor Swift’s NFL presence.
Elon Musk attacked Taylor Swift last year?
An article published by SpaceXMania on October 11, 2023, claimed Elon Musk tweeted “he would rather break his leg than see Taylor Swift during an NFL game.” This supposed comment was a response to Swift’s frequent appearances at games last year due to her relationship with Chiefs player Travis Kelce. So what happened was the story gained attention online, with some people even believing it was true.
However, the article was purely satirical. According to the reports, it was not based on actual events or any real tweet from Musk. And this was evident from SpaceXMania’s tweet where it labeled the article as “satire” and included a disclaimer that the information posted was just fictional. Hence, it is meant to be humorous, and not to be taken seriously. However, that wasn’t the first time SpaceXMania, under the name of Elon Musk, has posted a humorous “satire” article on Taylor Swift. Similar ‘satirical’ stories from the site also included fake claims about Swift impacting NFL ratings and being banned from games.
Nevertheless, despite these rumored Elon Musk’s attacks on Tay-Tay and a recent political hit from him, the pop star continued to make her presence in the NFL games many times, with full ignorance!
And while talking about today’s game, the Steelers are ahead 10-6 in the third quarter!
