Sydnie Christmas’s studio version of ‘The Impossible Dream’ is so beautiful that it draws comparisons to icons like Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion
Sydnie Christmas, the powerhouse vocalist who captured the nation’s hearts as the winner of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent (BGT), has just released her much-anticipated debut album My Way. Released via Westway Music, the album’s title track was the standout performance that saw Sydnie soar through the semi-finals of BGT, captivating millions.
Reflecting on her debut release, Sydnie shared: “My album is an introduction to my story; every song on it has a purpose and has been part of my journey in some way. My tour will be a more detailed version of the album, and bigger! I’m incredibly honoured and proud, this is the album of dreams for me as I never thought I’d be so lucky to be making an album.”

Fans’s Reactions
“There are truly great & memorable performances like Bobby Hatfield’s ‘ Unchained Melody ‘ and Jennifer Rush singing “ The Power of Love “, but how can it be that EVERY Sydnie performance is equally iconic. Amazing”
“Really so obvious this girl SHOULD be on the West End…her ability to make you FEEL the song and the words is on par with the likes of a Streisand or Celine”
“Best female version of this song EVER (in my opinion)!! (I think the best male version was by Jim Nabors).”
