Former assistant Diddy suddenly accused Kanye West of drugging and s:e:xually assaulting him in court

Kanye West drugged, sexually assaulted ex-assistant at Diddy event, suit claims

A former assistant to rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has amended a wrongful termination lawsuit against him to include allegations that he sexually assaulted her during a studio session co-hosted by music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Lauren Pisciotta, who worked for Ye from 2021 to 2022, filed the amended complaint on Tuesday in Los Angeles, claiming Ye assaulted her after she consumed a drink laced with a drug, People.com reported.

Pisciotta started working as Ye’s executive assistant, then became the chief of staff for his companies, Billboard reported.

After being invited to one of Combs’ studio sessions with an unnamed artist management client, Pisciotta alleged that “drinks were served to her and others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay.”

In the amended complaint, Pisciotta alleges that Ye told a studio assistant to pour her a drink, and then Ye served it to her. After taking small sips of the drink, Pisciotta alleges that she began to feel disoriented and claimed she was roofied, Billboard reported.

When she woke up the next day, Pisciotta says she remembers “feeling physically ill and confused” but recalled almost nothing about what happened.

Years later, Pisciotta alleges that Ye told her they “did kind of hook up” that night and provided details about what occurred.

Pisciotta filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against Ye in June, alleging that she was subjected to explicit texts, pornographic photos, videos and phone calls from him before he fired her, Billboard reported.

He has denied Pisciotta’s allegations in the wrongful termination suit.

In a statement to US Weekly, Ye’s lawyers said Pisciotta had tried to pursue “(Ye) sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits” and then allegedly blackmailed him when “her advances were rejected.”

Pisciotta is one of two former employees suing Ye.

Trevor Phillips formerly worked at Ye’s private Christian school, Donda Academy in Simi Valley, California. He was also an employee at Ye’s fashion brand, Yeezy, Entertainment Weekly reported.

In April, Phillips filed a lawsuit accusing Ye of racism, homophobia, antisemitism, and harassment against him, other employees and the school’s students.

Phillips also alleged that Ye sexually harassed him, repeatedly abused and humiliated him in front of other employees and staff, and neglected to pay him severance after the academy closed in 2022, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Although Pisciotta’s amended complaint lists Combs as co-host of the studio session, she is not accusing him of wrongdoing, People.com reported.

Combs is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after being denied bail following his not-guilty plea to federal racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.

On the civil side, Combs is also facing sexual assault lawsuits from 120 individuals, represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, People reported.

Combs has continued to deny the criminal and civil allegations made against him.
