𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧: Taylor Swift fans convinced Patrick Mahomes is ignoring Travis Kelce on the field and spot ‘clear’ Chiefs rift
TAYLOR Swift fans think Patrick Mahomes is intentionally ignoring Travis Kelce on the field.
Kelce is off to the worst start of his NFL career, and Swifties think Mahomes is the one to blame.

The Chiefs tight end only has 69 receiving yards on eight catches to start this season, by far the worst start of his career.
He is on pace to finish the year with only 391 yards and no touchdowns.
For some reason, Mahomes and Kelce’s typically elite connection has yet to break out this season, but Swifties have developed a conspiracy theory as to why.
X account @killaswizzle posted a video of a play from the Chiefs-Falcons game on Sunday night that appeared to show an open Kelce down the field.
Instead of passing the ball to Kelce, Mahomes opted to tuck it and run down the field, resulting in no gain.
Swifties were left fuming by the play and shared their reasoning as to why Kelce wasn’t targeted.
“That is what deliberately ignoring Kelce. Idk. I’m not a football genius but open is open,” one fan said.
“Travis was there….easy first down,” another fan said.
“It is not the first time of patrick doing this,” a third fan said.
“HE WAS RIGHT THERE OHHH MY GODD,” a fourth fan said.
“Honestly what the hell pat,” a fifth fan.
While Kelce may have appeared to be open on the play, there were actually three defenders hovering around him ready to pounce if the ball was thrown.
If Mahomes passed to Kelce it would’ve likely ended up as an interception, or at least as an incomplete pass.
Kelce and Mahomes are one of the greatest quarterback-receiver duos of all time, so it doesn’t make sense that Mahomes would suddenly decide not to target him.
While Kelce and Mahomes have struggled to link up, Mahomes has shared why the two haven’t had the start they expected.
“I mean, the respect factor they have for Travis is still unreal, and it’s well deserved,” he said.
“We’re calling a lot of plays for Travis and it’s like two or three people are going to him.
“He understands. That’s the great thing about him.
“He wants to make an impact on the game but he wants to win at the end of the day.
“I’m going to try and do my best to keep feeding him the ball whenever he’s there, whenever he’s open.”
